For more than a decade, I worked in education and the expressive arts, supporting women through creativity and life transitions.

After becoming a mother, my work gradually shifted towards women's health. I began integrating women's health education, personalised nutrition, expressive arts and observation into one educational approach.

Through Divine Seasons, I support women in understanding their bodies, navigating life's transitions and developing the inner strengths each season calls for.

I also collaborate with international healthcare professionals, educators and wellbeing practitioners to build meaningful connections with Chinese-speaking communities.

I don't believe every woman needs the same solution.
I believe every woman deserves to understand her own body, her own season and her own path.
